3. Appointment Booking Fees

  • Official appointment booking fee $10 may vary depending on location and service type.
  • Additional charges may be applied as service or processing fees.

4. Payment Policy

  • Appointments are scheduled only after payment is successfully received and verified.
  • Payment screenshots or transaction references do not guarantee booking confirmation.
  • Booking confirmation is issued only after payment is reflected in our account.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted only before booking confirmation.
  • Once booking is confirmed and the receipt is generated, payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Medical Center Responsibility

wafidindia.in is not responsible for:

  • Medical test delays
  • Report delays
  • Test rejection
  • Rescheduling by medical centres
  • Medical result outcomes

Users must contact the respective medical centre directly for such issues.

7. User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate:

  • Contact information

We are not responsible for booking errors caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

8. Communication Policy

All communication between users and our support team is confidential.

Users are advised not to share:

  • Voice recordings

9. Estimated Medical Examination Fees

Medical examination fees vary by medical centre and country. Any fee shared by us is only an estimated amount and may change at the medical centre.

10. Appointment Confirmation Timing

  • Bookings made after midnight → Confirmation sent after 9:00 AM
  • Weekend bookings:
    • Morning booking → Confirmation between 3 PM – 6 PM
    • After 6 PM → Confirmation between 12 AM – 1 AM

11.Limitation of Liability

Wafid Medical Appointments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our services
  • Medical centre decisions
  • Appointment delays
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service failures

12. Force Majeure
